If you're developing your first resume, it's important to start with a strong template that can portray your education and experience constructively. A good resume often looks boring but gives recruiters and HR professionals just enough information to understand whether or not you're qualified. Even if you are just rewriting an already established resume, a new and fresh template can often put you ahead of other candidates for a job.
Cover Letter Template
Many jobs still require a cover letter with your applications. I like to treat cover letters as an introduction to highlight the most important pieces of your resume while also being a little more personable. I've found that the best cover letters make it clear that you are qualified for the position as well as express your interest in the job. However, different types of cover letters work for different kinds of people which I kept in mind for this template!
